1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AeroPulse's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AeroPulse provides lead generation services through multiple advertising channels including search engines, social media platforms, and display advertising. Our platform uses advanced targeting algorithms to identify and connect businesses with qualified prospects.

3. Qualification Process

Access to AeroPulse services is subject to qualification. We review all applications to ensure our platform is suitable for your business needs. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

• Business legitimacy and compliance with applicable laws
• Industry compatibility with our targeting capabilities
• Minimum marketing budget requirements
• Clear target audience definition

4. Service Plans and Pricing

AeroPulse offers three main service tiers:

• Search Engine Plan ($40/month): Google and Bing advertising integration
• Social Media Plan ($50/month): Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising
• Multi-Channel Plan ($60/month): Complete solution with all advertising channels

All prices are in USD and billed monthly. Additional fees may apply for premium features or custom integrations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. Services may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days past due. A $25 late fee may be applied to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.

6. Data Usage and Lead Quality

AeroPulse provides lead generation services based on targeting criteria you specify. While we use advanced algorithms to identify qualified prospects, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or lead quality. Lead counts are estimates and may vary based on market conditions and targeting parameters.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and targeting criteria
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities
• Respect privacy rights of generated leads
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AeroPulse services for:

• Illegal activities or products
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Adult content or gambling services
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Cryptocurrency or high-risk financial products
• Any activity that violates platform policies of advertising networks

9. Intellectual Property

AeroPulse retains all rights to its platform, algorithms, and proprietary technology. You retain rights to your business data and marketing content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing lead generation services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

AeroPulse's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or prohibited use. Upon termination, you lose access to the platform and any unused service credits.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.
